A hush over the library

It was a very quiet spooky story event on October 10. I showed up with my new story, a twisted historical fiction tale, and chatted with the library staff for a while... Then I read my story to them. I won the prize for best story. The only suspense came from wondering when, if ever, the other storytellers would arrive.
